1. Returns
Most items purchased from Almaz Jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@almazjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Almaz Jewelry.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Only one exchange per order is permitted. Additional shipping charges may apply. All exchanges are final.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Almaz Jewelry will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund
at no additional cost.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Certain jewelry items may also be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.
